Skateboarding course for absolute beginners of all ages! Including all rental equipment (but hardly any helmets), 2 trainers.
Of course, you don't have to pay shipping, which our system may still calculate automatically. Please pay on site, appropriately.
We bring over 30 boards: longboards, skateboards, cruisers, hybrids, surfskates, freerides, e-boards and balance boards. Upon request, we can bring protectors or boards from the shop to those interested in buying.
Please bring this signed disclaimer with you. Adults can also sign our forms on site (so don't stress if you can't print it out yourself)
We give most of the courses here at Grindel, as the park is ideal for beginner courses: a tartan area for first attempts, for kickturn and ollie practice, above the park there is a path to ride the route first, the mini ramp is nice and high so that you are not immediately confronted with the coping (the pipe at the top of the edge) when learning to push, and the cracks prefer the skate park Kellinghusenstrasse, so there are very few locals here (since Corona has been but it more).
Thanks to a second (depending on the number of registrations, possibly a third) trainer, we can better adapt to the participants' different goals.
We teach a lot of basics, but almost always also the drop in and pushing in the pipe, i.e. rocking up - this is done very quickly thanks to the use of long boards.
We provide all kinds of boards, but you are welcome to bring your own board if you have one.
You can rent protective sets and helmets or buy new ones at a big discount.
Since the implementation of the course has not yet been determined when it is online: Please pay in cash on site (please bring the appropriate items with you).
