Highly recommended for beginners: The wheelbase extension!

Also recommended especially for beginners: the Sharkwheels! This greatly minimizes the risk of falling due to stones and edges - see HERE! Children in particular need soft wheels if they skate more on rough asphalt than in the skate park (on smooth concrete). Then at least choose the hybrid wheels. But since wheels last a long time, the small additional cost for the Sharkwheel Jaws is worth it.
For the 60mm Sharkwheels LED wheels, we also build 6mm shock pads / riser pads between the axles and deck to minimize the risk of wheel bite.
