The Berlin-based company Inpeddo was founded in the summer of 2008 in the rural countryside of Northern Germany. Over the years, however, the heart of our operations has shifted entirely to Berlin. Much has changed over time, and what began as a small local label has grown into a brand known far beyond the region. The name Inpeddo—which might seem a bit unusual at first glance—underscores the importance skateboarding holds for us, then and now: derived from the Italian phrase *in petto*, it essentially means "carrying something in one's chest or heart." We aim to convey this deep connection through every single one of our products. Inpeddo was born out of a passion for skateboarding; the name itself evolved from *in petto*—blended with a touch of Northern German dialect—into Inpeddo. When designing our products, we frequently collaborate with renowned artists such as Dave The Chimp (England), Lucas Beaufort (France), and the Krid Collectiv (Switzerland). Our constant focus is on offering stylish products with compelling stories at fair prices, all while conveying the positive vibe of skateboarding. High quality is a top priority for us, as our team riders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—along with the many skaters out there—demand nothing but the best beneath their feet. Always true to the motto: "From skaters, for skaters!"
